What is wrong with Social equality?

Social equality is an idea that everyone is to be  treated equally ,but can it be obtained ? I do not believe that it can ,because of the diversity of race,language, creed,and other variables, that make us human. I am of the opinion ,that as long as we can distinguish differences in others in contrast to ourselves ,that there will always be preferences or prejudices .(for example) If you had to choose between spending time with a friend and a complete stranger ,who would you pick? Most people would pick the friend ,but it doesn't matter who was picked because the act of preferring one over the other goes against "social equality", doesn't it? Even if you had to choose between two strangers ,you would  decide based on  the qualities that appealed to your senses and prefer one over the other.In order to put an end to preferences and prejudices ,and make all equal , we would all have to become one race; which, biologically speaking, is impossible, we would have to do away with families,we would all have to speak a common language, like Esperanto,we would all have to be of the same religion or have no religion, and we would all have to look, dress , think ,and act alike in order to make this possible. Is this how you would want to live in order to achieve social equality?

Today,Rejected rhetoric has started its second week and I just wanted to say, thank you to the people who have supported me and took the time out to read my blog. Enslaved by ignorance

Back when slavery was an accepted norm in our country ,it was forbidden to educate slaves, because it was believed that slaves does not need an education in order to work.The slave owners also believed that an educated slave was a dangerous slave , because now, he(the slave) would know that his conditions were forced upon him and he would share this knowledge with the rest of the slaves ,resulting in an uprising. It was crucial to the slave industry ,to keep the slaves ignorant in order to keep the machine moving! Fast forward to modern times and low and behold slavery still exists. This slavery is different in the method used to enslave and is indiscriminate in regards to race. We, the slave class, are still given a third class eduction ,because we , like the slaves of the past only need to keep the machine going because we are slaves to debt.If you were not taught anything about money,how can you manage ? We were only taught in school to work for someone ,not to become owners! I only present all of this in the hope that we as third class citizens ,can break the fetters of slavery by freeing our minds and achieving our goals.

Lies ,Drug trafficking and Drug addiction

It is always funny to hear some U.S official talk about the "War on Drugs",considering how Oliver North ,The D.E.A and C.I.A were all working with known drug traffickers who were smuggling narcotics into the U.S. durring the 1980's .Todays "Drug War" is directed against Mexicos, most wanted drug dealer ;Joaquin "Shorty" Guzman ,who remains at large. Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, denies that the drug wars of the U.S and Mexico are failures ,even though large quantities of narcotics cross over our borders daily.Secretary Napolitano compares the search for Guzman to that of Osama Bin Laden and says that the U.S will perserver in its search for Guzman.I say if it takes that long to capture Guzman ,every American citizen will be addicted to drugs. I mean seriously, they aren't going to stop drug trafficking because it's good business!the smugglers bring the drugs, the D.E.A gets paid to turn a blind eye,the drugs get distributed across the U.S and are sold to street dealers,who in turn sell to their customers.The dealers who get caught, get locked up and then the"Justice system" gets money also.This "war isn't against drugs ,it is against American citizens.

Intolerance in America

The act of burning Korans by our servicemen has caused all harm and no good; lives have been lost , lives have been put in jeopardy,and we as a nation have lost legitimacy in the world community.How can we say that we are promoting ''Freedom ''and ''Democracy" ,when the actions of our troops violates the very rights we cherish as a nation? Some may argue that our troops were exercising their freedom of speech, but at what cost?The freedom of speech is only a right ,when it doesn't put others in harms way!Included in the First Amendment, is the Freedom of Religion; wich was also violated by practicing religious intolerance.In light of this behavior, what seperates us from the religious extremists who burn the American flag or the Nazis who burned books durring the Jewish pograms of the 30's? A stundent is only as good as their teacher and if the examples that we lead by are violence and intolerance, we can expect to receive the same.

God and the future of humanity

The belief in God(s) has evolved with mankind. Every civilization around the world had its "pantheon of Gods",and as mankind traveled the globe in the name of commerce and wars;religion has spread with it.Religion, has given mankind hope that we can transcend the imperfections and troubles of this world for a better place, but religion has gotten a bad rap,because of the people(pedophiles,slave owners,cult leaders), who have used it to destroy their fellow man. If we let these people destroy our faith in God and humanity , what will stop us from destroying ourselves?

Subversion from within

With our government striving to usurp more power for itself; at the expense of our civil rights ,  we come ever so closer to the" Great Utopia "dreamed  up by the Socialists of the past. The works of  Thomas More ,George Orwell,Oscar Wilde,H.G Wells, Jack London,Henry David Thoreau,Earnest Hemingway,Langston Hughes , Kurt Vonnegut and many other socialist authors , have been required reading in schools all around  the nation, and have preparred unsuspecting young adults for the Socialism to come. F.D.R's "New Deal", a social welfare programme, aimed at helping the disabled , the unimployed and the elderly, is another socialist scheme for" A brave new world. "Don't believe me ?  Stuart Chase(a Fabian Socialist) and advisor to F.D.R ,authored a book by the same tittle inspiring the president's famous campaign platform.Chandler Owens, an African-American Socialist,wrote speeches for both Presidents Eisenhower and L.B.J.These are just a few example how Socialism has influenced our country.I recommened reading the "Communist Manifesto", and then taking a fresh look at the United States, the Federal Reserve,the slumpping housing market , the attack on religion and the attack on the family; What you see just might shock you! The Socialist aren't comming....they are already here. I close with a quote by Josef Stalin," America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold:its patriotism,its morality,and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within .
